Scuba Equipment Servicing & Repairs

At Planet Scuba our reputation has been established over many years and we strive to give the best service, all to manufacturers' specifications, All work is carried out on site in our fully equipped workshops and carries a 45-day guarantee on workmanship. The servicing of all our regulators is carried out by our fully qualified service technician’s. Our technician’s have been on manufacturers servicing courses for ALL regulators available in the UK. Copies of certificates are held on the premises. All serviced equipment is normally available for return to the customer within 7 - 14 day’s, however this may increase if parts are unavailable or if demand for servicing is high during peak seasonal periods.

Regulator Servicing

Costs of repairs are as followes:

1st and 2nd stage £42.00 + parts

Octopus £15.00 + parts

1st Stage £30.00 + parts

High pressure hose and fittings £3 + parts

10% off parts and labor for returning within 30 days of annual

service due date.

15% off of two of the same services per year

*Discounts apply only to regulator and BCD services. Items must be on file in store registry to be eligible for discount if not brought in at the same time.

Cylinder Testing

Hydro Test £44.00 (This will include Valve Service & Parts)

Visual Test £32.00 (This will include Valve Service & Parts)

Visual Eddy Test (for older ali cylinders) £20.55

Internal shot blast £20

O2 clean (now 15 months)- £28 or £20 if done with cylinder test

Manifold O2 clean £12

We reserve the right to render unuseable, by any means necessary, any cylinder that fails these tests.
