Planet Scuba is well known and highly regarded throughout the industry for the high servicing and repair work it offers. Our reputation has been established over many years and we strive to give the best service, all to manufacturers' specifications, All work is carried out in house in our fully equipped workshops and carries a 30-day guarantee on workmanship.
All serviced equipment is normally available for return to the customer within 7 - 14 day’s, however this may increase if parts are unavailable or if demand for servicing is high during peak seasonal periods.
We are approved by all major manufacturers and can service all regulators and BCD's.
All servicing and repair work is undertaken by our approved technicians. SABRE, ASSAT, IDEST and UKAS.

Regulators
All regulators require annual servicing to comply with manufacturers warranty. Failure to do so can drastically reduce both the effectiveness and working life of the regulator. It may also increase the servicing costs.
School/Club Servicing
Discounts are available for clubs or schools who wish to service a number of regulators at one time. Please call the servicing department on01279 466011 for details.

Regulators received with excessive wear /corrosion or in a poor state of will be charged extra £10 labour costs to cover additional cleaning and servicing time required.
Tanks
UK regulations stipulate that scuba tanks have a visual inspection every 2.5 years and hyrdostatic test every 5 years. They must also display a green triangle and "breathing air" markings. If tanks are used by "divers at work" (i.e. Divemasters, Instructors) they must also have black/white quandrants painted on the collar.
